Decent experience, minor issues
I ordered a Heavy Duty Broom and some Dish Liquid. The broom is very robust, definitely lives up to the 'heavy duty' name. The dish liquid cleans well and smells good. My order arrived in 6 days which was okay, but the tracking info wasn't updated very often. Customer service was helpful when I called about it though. The packaging was a bit much for just two items, seemed a little wasteful. Still, I'm satisfied with the products themselves.

Ordered a Boar Bristle Hairbrush and some Hand Soap. Both items were good quality. Shipping was fast, got them in 5 days. Hand soap smells nice. Hairbrush works well. Simple and effective.

Good broom, took a bit
I ordered the Slenderline Broom a couple weeks ago. It's really nice for getting into corners, much better than my old one. Shipping took maybe 6 days to get to me in Illinois, which was a little longer than I hoped, but it did arrive in good shape. Overall, I'm happy with it, just wish it had come a tiny bit faster.
Detailed feedback on my order
I placed an order for a new Electrostatic Carpet Sweeper and the Scent Free Witch Hazel. The ordering process on the website was pretty smooth, easy to find what I needed. The carpet sweeper picked up a surprising amount of pet hair and crumbs, way better than my old one, even on low pile rugs. It's lightweight too. The Witch Hazel is great for my sensitive skin, no irritation at all. It took 7 days for the package to arrive, which was a bit longer than I hoped for, especially since I paid for standard shipping. Everything was well-packaged though, no leaks or damage. I did have a small question about assembly for the sweeper, and customer service answered my email in about 24 hours, which was helpful.
